Got this from an old fella today. I don't know a whole lot about it but I'm sure happy to have it. Thought I'd share it here to see if anyone has any more info or an idea of worth.

It would appear to be some type of boating tool the the marlin spike and warncliffe blade- then that hooked handle on the plier lever is a question. good luck and just enjoy the gift and don't get too concerned about the value in dollars!

I have seen a website on multi-tool history that had pictures of a few different models of the tool you have. Unfortunately either my Google-fu is failing me, or the website is no longer up. It was a tool intended for horsemen, ranchers, etc. Made maybe 90-100 years ago IIRC. The hook on the plier handle is a hoof pick, combined with the pliers and wire cutter, knife, awl, and screw driver makes for a versatile tool. Put it in a saddle bag with a hatchet and maybe a wrench and you could handle a lot of tasks around the ranch
