This is one of those knives that just came together right...everything falling into place.

The blade is 2-1/2" long, made from 1/8" stock 1080. It has been differentially heat treated with clay. It has a really nice hamon.

I epoxied and pinned the blade into a whitetail antler that I slotted, then wrapped it with artificial sinew.

The sheath is kydex with natural buckskin sewed on the outside with artificial sinew. The arrow branded on the sheath symbolizes "protection".

Very nice! Love the work. My only suggestion on this design would be a chiselled flintstone look for the blade. When I think of ancient cutting devices those flintstone knives always looked so damned cool. Great work though! Nice hamon.
