Hope I'm wrong, but I seem to remember they were out of stock at CRK - when I was looking for an old pivot zaan.
If CRK is out, I don't have any help other than to point you to a YouTube video that I remembered which showed a pretty crummy looking home-made tool - but it worked. I'm sure you can improve on the design. Starts at the 2 minute mark CLICK HERE

I think CRK is getting some more in stock soon. I would keep an eye on the webstore. Maybe post an ISO?

It looks like pivot tools come with the one you purchased. I was looking at that Zaan too.
