Need help choosing one of these old Remingtons for every day carry? Which will it be?:)

They're all pointing to the left, (their right), as if to say "not me, pick him"...so the guy all the way on the left of the image should be chosen as he has nobody left to lay it off on.

I personally would carry the one that had been sharpened or used the most. Any of those that were otherwise untouched, patina or not, I would carry sparingly. Really beautiful collection! They dont do bone like that today and I still dont understand why not.

chouse Sir, I am going to make it easy for you, you can keep the one on the left-use it and enjoy it, send the remaining 8 to me, my address is.......

:)

second from left or second from right,or first from left and third from right, then middle one seems like decent knife,if not fourth from left is nice,or maybe first from right or
here you go,narrowed it ;)

I agree!
especially the Stag handled one, LOL!

seriously, any question that asks you to pick just one, is the wrong question. I suggest you rotate, And carry more than one at a time.

LOL... Makes perfect sense to me :D

Or you could chose the guy on the far right, because he looks to be the trouble maker that started it

I love y collection....how do you got so many?

I only have 1 Remington R333 as far as I can tell from the stamp left over...
it's 2 blade like that but equal end with bolsters.. Too bad the main blade on my
have been sharpened a lot. But I edc proud.
Btw I choose the one in the center.

I would carry the first one you got.
It came first, so it won a place in your pocket, and it surely deserves to be used (that's what it was made for).

Fausto

I read somewhere that this pattern was used for a Wrigleys gum advertising promotion around 1930 or so. Said they ordered about a million of these. May be true because these are one of the more common Remingtons that show up today and they have no pattern number stamped on the blade.
