Old Remington

There is a pic in another thread of a Camillus Sword brand cigar pattern, that is a dead ringer for this old Remington. Did Camillus make these?

To my knowledge Camillus did not make any knives for Remington prior to the "Authorized Reproduction" R1123 knives in the 1970's.

Thanks! It belonged to my grandfather, who passed away in 1964 or thereabouts, and I don't carry it.
