Are the Robeson Barlows "Pocket Eze"/sunken joints, too?
From what I've seen most of their knives were ... at least in the pre-depression/prewar years. I think sunken joints may have been a trademark feature.

Whish I knew what happened to my c.1911~1917 Robeson 2 blade equal end jack. ☹️

Anybody got any experience of Robeson's flame edge? I always wondered how they performed compared to their conventional steel.

Wow that’s real impressive collections!!! Fabulous!!! Love em all. So I don’t know much about robesons. My granddad got me into collecting when I was a kid, I don’t remember him mentioning them. Anyway I’ve taken some interest in them recently and got a little pearl handled pen suredge off eBay for $20, has a small crack in the handle but aside from that it’s almost perfect (y’all may have seen it listed). My question is why are those suredge pen knives going so cheaply on eBay as compared to say cattaraugus,Schrade or Camillus??
