Could it be a "Spiller" instead of a "Pillar"?

Looks like a pattern Spiller would produce. All the spillers I have seen close up have weak stamps so they are often hard to read the full name. Throw in some pitting and rusts and its almost impossible.

Given all the rust on that head it seems very possible
