Old SAK Tinker Advice Needed

Old SAK Tinker w/3.5" blade, no keyring, blade marked VICTORINOX SWITZERLAND STAINLESS ROSTFREI on the near side and OFFICIER SUISSE with the Swiss cross and crossbow logo on the off side, six blades (large, small, can opener, bottle opener, awl, and phillips). Spring tension on the phillips is gone. Is this fixable? And how old is this thing, anyway?

Send it in to Victorinox and see what happens. If the spring is broke, they may replace it. Maybe they can fix it with another spring.
