Just got the BWM LE in and had to try her out. She is a very sweet blade! Until you compare her to a 1/300 and an NMFBM - Whoa :eek:

The BWM LE is fast and light, but in my opinion the 1/300 is faster and bites deeper, but the real deal is the NMFBM - If you can swing it - bring it - Say goodnight Johnboy!

It's all about the Ergos, but for me the ergo;s of the NMFBM still rule! I lost my Gold recently but will post pics when I get her back

I don't have the BWM LE, but I agree the old school BM is the best. Compared to the BWM I own, the old school is lighter and faster, and bites plenty deep. Plus I'm not built like a Mack Truck. So The FFBM and other beasty blades wear me out.
 
The NMFBM is the Mofo They warned everyone about :D

It's a Bad Blade if you can swing it!

I don't care what people say about the Zilla, the best big blade for me is the NMFBM. It's my benchmark blade for chopping and field use.
 
Funny, I found the NMFBM too heavy. But you are right - a SHBM is thick and meaty, but light in the hand.
 
I gotta get an NMFBMLE. I must've been asleep when those got released. I missed the infi boat on those.

The NMFBM is a chopping machine while still being able to do finer work, it a very well balanced all around blade. :thumbup:
 
IMHO...there is no better chopper than a LE NMFBM. Period. And I've chopped with what I think is the best of Busses. A 1/300, a LE FBM, a CG FBM, and I have to say the LE NMFBM out performs them all. But...again in IMO, the best bang for the buck is the CG FBM. The one I would love/use/carry/own but not pay for is a SHBM.

That being said....I just may end up buying a LE BWM. My wallet is crying as I type this.
