Old School Urban Pal Sheath needed

Hi
i have a old school Cold steel Urban pal i need sheath for

Use:
my up scale office and around town
i dress in khaki slacks and a button down shirt
have to be conservative

i like this style, simple, does not shout out, the belt slits allow
it to sit close to the body

i would like to duplicate this sheath, maybe change shape a bit
meaning more square
also maybe magnetic cover

i also am open to ANY other suggestions

so the request is for two sheaths:
1) duplicate this one
2) use your creative juices to build another one too

I know makers maybe are real busy
BUT, i know you could dupe this one in a short amount of time
more than willing to wait for a trick custom one
