Old Schrade display cabinet

That price is ridiculous...
 
I'd of paid a hundred for the case.

Looks like a couple of bidders wanted it really bad.
 
$900 with shipping. I think most of us are more modest spenders, as befits Schrade collectors as Schrade knives sold for 'modest' prices.
But, maybe Charlie went for it, as he likely could fill it with mint examples of the original knives it displayed. Now that would be a display worthy of exhibiting at knife shows.

This turned out to be a bidding war between 2 buyers after it reached 250.00.
I have gotten caught in a couple bidding wars but always bowed out long before these prices.
