Bought this old slip joint at a flee market for 4$, not sure who it is made by or aproxiamte value.
It says "Imperial USA" and "prov r.i.a" on the blade.

Any ideas?

Imperial made it, maybe before it became part of Imperial-Schrade. In Rhode Island, hence the R.I. but I don't know why there is an "A" after R.I.?

A nice piece of history that you can still use for 4. USD.. Son, on this light tackle!.. Great Score [digidude].

Judging from this knife, it actually says

...................u
...................s
.Imperial R. I. a

As to worth? probably not much.
