One of my favorite knives is my old Cattaraugus 225Q, but I bought it without a sheath at a gun show. I tried the sheath for a new Ontario SP-17, but never liked it.
So I sent it of to Kiah for some desert tan kydex and got back a great sheath!
Holds the knife securely, even when shaken upside down, but with a thumb pressing on the ridge around the guard, it comes out quickly.
