New one to me.....
A previous owner thought it was called a "Ski Boat Knife" I'll obviously send an email to CR but was curious if anyone had seen one before. 10.75" OAL, only 2.5mm blank. Lovely and light! 1st 3 Pics by the former owner, Matthew.

Beautiful. We don't see many of Chris's Customs he used to make long ago.

I have never seen one like that before. It does look like a good useable knife. :)

Beautiful piece, goes exceedingly well in your collection. Congrats!

Beautiful! It will be really interesting to read what Chris is able to tell you.

Very nice! Do you know the handle material and blade steel or is that some of the information you requested from CRK?

The handle material looks like Tambootie, you should be able to tell from the smell. The blade steel is almost certainly 440B.

Thanks Steven. Yes it has the distinctive sandalwood smell and the almost oily close grain of Tambotie/Tambootie./Tamboti At first glance I thought it was synthetic Pakkawood wood. The scales are far darker on this one compared to the other three Tambotie handled knives I have.
Steel I will bow to your knowledge, I have no idea...... Hopefully Chris and Anne will be able to confirm your thoughts.

Steel confirmed as 440B by Chris, well predicted Steven. The name "Ski Boat Knife" is also confirmed. Made in 1983/1984....

Where do you find all these wonderful old pieces, my friend? Well done. That's a fantastic piece of history there.
