Back when I started making knives, in 2000, I made many of these in 5160 - later I started making a larger version in 440C and then the curved handle one I make today - and about a week ago I found a piece of the same steel I used then, and was able to make three of thes elittle knives out of it.
This is the first one I assembled and it is 4 7/8" lomg with a 1 5/8" edge, satin finished and mildly etched. Handle is bamboo cord wrapped and resin soaked. The others will have different handles.
Let me know what you think.
