Old Tents?

A quick qestion just because I'm curious. While packing my camping gear today I got to thinking that my Eureka Timberline 2 is now 26 yrs old. I bought it new as a second from the factory store in 1984. Anyone else got tent, bag, pack, etc. that has been around seemingly forever?

Mine will never be bright and shiny again but everything is original. Shock cords, poles, fly, etc. Only thing missing is 1 tent peg that I never bothered to replace because I never use them all anyway. The tent has been used at least once and usually more every year since I got it. And although it is old tech and heavy, I continue to carry it when I am going to be at one camp awhile, when I expect bugs, or when winter camping. My only regret is that I didn't get the two door model. I've also said for years I would get the vestibule but haven't gotten around to it yet. Maybe in another 5-10 years.

Yep, bought mine new in 1981. Still works great. No longer my primary but it works in a pinch. It is a great design.

I have a timberline 2 also, great tent, a little heavy but worth it.
I've got an old no name orange pup tent that is 33 years old now.
My 20 year old daughter used it this summer to camp out at a friends house.
Still good after all those years.

I have a Sierra Designs meteor light, circa 1985. Still in very good shape after all these years.

I gave my Eureka Timberline 2 to a friend a few years ago, I need to ask him about it. I got it in 1976.

I've got an old Army shelter half tent we got when I was in the Scouts in the late 70's to early 80's. Got it from the Army/Navy store, God knows how long it was in service before that.

I just got rid of [sold] a lot of my older gear to make way for new gear . Up until this spring, I had a pack, sleeping bag, and thermarest from 1993 [not that old, but that's when I got into this kinda stuff]. The oldest piece of gear I have is a Dana Designs Astralplane Pack from 1997 - it's a load-hauling monster and I have no intention of retiring her yet. I do have smaller bits and pieces that are older, like an L.L. Bean candle lantern from 1988, but no major gear. I wonder if my trusty old North Face Himalayan 25 from 1994 is still going strong [ex girlfriend got it 9 years ago]. That badboy saved my hide in a bad storm on Mt. Washington, NH.

the oldest one i have is a 2 man north face tent. got it around 1996-1997 still does great
