Hey all,

I have a fantastic knife up for sale today! It's (IMHO) the best Benchmade Griptilian combo out there today - A Large M4 Doug Ritter griptilian blade in a precision CNC Machined Kevin Wilkins "Wilkins Grip" Handle.

This knife is brand new and unused. The CPM M4 blade still has the unused, shving sharp, factory edge. The blade is coated in the best Black coating available - Black DLC (Diamond Like Coating). DLC will hold up to much more abuse than Benchmade's standard BK1 coating.

The Wilkins Grip handles are the brand new style (currently sold out) from Kevin Wilkins - they are largely the same as the old style, but feature a new anodized Aluminum backspacer with an integral lanyard hole.

This knife is brand new, but the black finish on the clip is kind of mottled - it came this way from the factory. This is visible in the pics. If you call Benchmade up, they will send a new one for free.

The whole package is a perfect size for EDC, and the M4 steel will hold a fantastic edge.


This knife is long sold out, and the grips are not currently available - I am asking what I have in the knife.


$330 shipped and insured to the CONUS. I prefer Gift Paypal for payment, but I will also accept USPS Money Orders.

This knife is BRAND NEW with all the original boxes, etc.

New M4 Griptilians originally cost $155 plus $10 shipping. Kevin Wilkins "WilkinsGrips" cost $155 plus $10 shipping. Total cost, $330, and neither of these items are currently available from the original purveyors.

Your link to the Ritter Griptilian is showing the price for a mini-grip, not a large, hence the $10 price difference.
Your link to Kevin Wilkins page shows prices in Euros, not Dollars. Do the currency conversion and you will get $160.14.


Please remove your posts as they are misleading, and I would actually like to sell this knife. Thanks! - Jim

Spotted Elk, please stop posting in my thread since you seem to have no intention of buying my knife. As I explained in my original post, the clip came that way from the factory, and Benchmade will replace it for free. I will even do the leg work if the buyer would prefer.

If a moderator would please remove the spam from this thread, I would greatly appreciate it.

This knife is still available folks! :)
 
Just for the record I have the same knife with the same Wilkins grips and the combination is amazing. My clip was also uneven in its finish but a little Flitz cleaned it up nicely.

Just the other side of the coin. I have no dog in this race but I find it rude to question a sales post. If you don't want to buy it just move along.

I have a Orange Wilkins Grip with a S30V Ritter blade.
The best knife I have had in a while.

Dann, this thread is a mess. I'm going to clean it up.

Edit to add: This thread is closed. A new thread with the same name has been opened with the two legitimate posts. Anyone interfering with the new thread the way they've interfered with this one will be asking for a trolling infraction.
