old thrower identificaiton

Well I picked this one up at an antique store. The edges are all evenly done up and the holes for the scales are all lined up, but I didn't see any markings regarding makers.

Anybody else recognize the pattern? (CS Surebalance for size comparison)


 
I guess I'll have to continue digging. (I don't even know if I even have any of the books in one piece from the tornado.)
