Yangdu,

Did you post this in the right place? Do you know who made this Tibetan knife? Is that another YCS for sale? Its late, shouldn't you be asleep by now? Shouldn't I be asleep also?

All the best to you

Rick

I guess so Rick!
Isn't it past midnight already over there?
Have a nice rest Auntie, Rick and all :)
It's a warm humid afternoon over here because we had quite a shower this morning

BTW, those are some beauties on the parade, Auntie

Auntie has gone nocturnal and offer this rare piece to Asian time zone!

That YCS looked familiar.

Moving to the main HI forum.

I wonder what Kami Sherpa's note says?

Kami Sherpa's note says
Dear daughter Yangdu,

Blessings to you. I am doing well here. The Tibetan Knife is an old knife. Our Kamis are working on replica and I will send them soon.
Namaskar to Joi Bill

Pala

My father always had good thoughts for Uncle Bill.

Sometime I had to work long hours to keep HI rolling.

According to Pala the Tibetan Knife came from Tibet.

Absolutely stunning with a real-deal note. Truly an heirloom.

This looks surprisingly shiny and dent and gunk free for an old knife.

I wonder if there could be a communications mix-up. Perhaps the style is old but the knife is new?

Thank you for giving a nice home for an old Tibetan Knife.
