Rusty,
Can you post a picture. If not send me a picture and I will post it for you. My email is: dalervincent@comcast.net
It is hard to tell much without seeing at least a picture of the knife.

Rusty, the knife is legit. It commemorates the 25th anniversary of the Old Timer line; issue date was 1984. Sterling silver shield and bolsters, it is referred to as the 'Silver Anniversary' knife. A model 34OT, small stockman, had the backs of the liners milled. The handle is bone, although it may appear to be wood in a photo.

Please take a look at the type of knife on e-bay, item # 7233626146 this as
phil (textoothpk ) has described, I'm sure is the same thing.

Looks like the same knife Phil was describing!!!

That's the only source for a photograph of the knife I had seen, as asked for by Orvet,
by the way Phil was describing it without seeing the picture, he was spot on.
Anyone have any idea how many were made?

According to Houston Price's book, 5,000 of these were produced in 1984, just as Phil mentioned.
