Old Timer and other sheaths?

I just came accross a box with several of my father's (now passed away) old hunting kives and some of them are in pretty good shape. However, the sheaths, which were stored seperately, are a total loss. I would really like to use some of these knives as I am an avid hunter and hunting guide.

Does anyone know where I can find a replacement sheath for an American-made Schrade Old Timer Sharpfinger skinning knife- the one with the 3.5 inch fixed blade?

Does anyone know a relatively inexpensive place to have some very basic sheaths made for the other knives that I found? I'm not looking for anything fancy or decorative; just something functional that will protect the knife if I leave it in the door pocket or glove box of my truck or in a tool box?
