I received two used old timer 340T from my great aunt (belonged to my great uncle) today. One for me and one for my brother. I was curious as to how I would tell when the knife was made? Thanks.

The 34OT was the produced in huge numbers from its beginning.
If its marked Schrade Walden its pre 74, if its marked Schrade and carbon blades 73-90's, If it stainless 90's-2004. China stamped 2005-current.
there are other marks that could get us closer. Dates are of course a WAG.
