Try posting the pictures again, or differently. I'm sure someone will help help you out, when they can see them.

Pictures aren't working. What does the tang stamp say? The knives were made from 1964 to about 1993. If your stamp is Schrade Walden it would be somewhere between 1964 and 1973. If it just says Schrade it'd be from 1974 to 1993. Can't really get it any more exact without pics.

It says Schrade Walden N.Y. USA 25OT

I can’t figure out how to do the pictures properly, first time posting.
Use Imgur....

Deadpool the dates on that one would definitely be 1964 to 1973.

The bolsters are nickel silver so if you have some brass polish you can use it to shine them up. The initial application will probably get dark and gummy pretty quickly so I'd wipe that off early on and then give it another cleanup polish with a bit more. Try not to get too much on the delrin handles. The blades are pretty pitted and worn down some so there's not much you can do to them without taking a lot of steel off which would really alter the knife in a not so good way IMHO. That pitting and patina is the result of years of use by your grandfather so in a way it's his history. I'd definitely leave it as is.

I like the idea of shining up the bolsters, i didnt know what to use. Thank you.

It’s not uncommon to see the delrin scales on those knives turning white and almost dry looking. Hand rubbing some mineral oil into the scales can sometimes bring the luster back.
