Old Timer vs. Uncle Henry

Hi guys I was looking for some information on the stainless steel used in the Uncle Henry knives. How does it compare to the 1095 carbon used in the Old Timers in edge Holding and ease of sharpening. Thanks

In my experience they are both great, but I do find the 1095 to sharpen easier. Check out the Schrade forum, there's a wealth of knowledge in there.
