Old timers "beggin' your pardon"

I don't know squat about older blades like this, but the style looks to be from the Philippines (sp?) . . . . Very cool and pristine. That's quite a piece!!!!

Yeah, definitely Phillipine style but clearly inscribed St Lucia. Wish I could post bigger pics on the forums. The blade is so big that it loses alot at distance. :( Maybe some of the old timers will shed some light on it.

I don't know much about the blade, but BWI seems to indicate British West Indies. It says Steamship Registered, do you have any information/trademarks that could indicate which line. I have a professor here who's speciality is steam navigation, if you could email pics of the line's registry marks he may know something.
