Hey Phillip and Andy,
I hope you guys are doing alright in these crazy times, staying healthy and selling knives. You guys have been cranking out a lot of beautiful knives lately.
I wanted to check in on the old trade I did with Andy. It has been since Oct. 11th 2018 since I contacted Phillip about getting a knife for the trade I did with Andy in Feb. of 2015. I asked for a scandi bushcraft karda in 3/32" A2. I know there was an attempt made at it but it came out convex instead of scandi.
As it has been quite awhile, I wanted to check in on the status and see if there has been any momentum. I would love to get a chance to use the knife this summer. The last we set for the handle was od micarta scales with natural bolsters over natural and natural pins. If that is in progress it still works. If not I would love some scales something like the knife I traded for or my favorite scales you made in a long time were these.
Here is the knife Andy made the trade for.
Let me know if there has been any progress or if I might be able to get the knife in the near future.
