I do a lot of knives with synthetic handle material. So sometimes it is nice to step back in time and do something a bit more rustic.
These both have super-curly bastogne walnut handles, fileworked spines and hammer textured flats.
Let me know what you think.

Thanks Lorien, it was the first time I had tried a spanish notch, and I think it came out alright.
 
They both look good,mut the first one is exceptionally appealing. Very nice.
 
The steel is L6, as are most of my small to medium size blades.
