OLD Western Cutlery knife

I recieved an old Western Cutlery Knife from my Grand Father. I was told he recieved it from his dad. I have seen this knife in a few collections before. Mine isnt in the greatest shape. I was woundering if anyone could tell me a little about this knife and a general value. I'm mostly interested in its age.
