old wood grain boxes

Could someone tell me when Schrade stopped using the wood grain box for the golden spike ie from what year to when they went to the blue and white.
 
Sorry, but I've not done a study of the packaging for the 153UH Golden Spikes. But if you are talking about this box...

It was used on the UH knives primarily circa 2003/2004. We frequently refer to it as the "flag box".
