This is an intersting old Smoker's knife made by Christopher Johnson and company. It includes a cigar cutter at the end. There is a pincer on spring that one pushes through to nip the end of cigar. The milled brass liners add a nice touch.

Thanks sunburst. Old dentist knife:eek: I never though of that. Maybe I could polish the inside of the tamper attachment and use it as a mirror. :D I think the lobster pattern in general is quite an intricate design and one with this amount of attachments and detail really is impressive. They just don't make them like this anymore. too bad it is a little worse for wear. Everything is tight and still has some snap but the blades are a little ragged and tiny bits broken off the end.

done it again s-k outstanding knife, really nice example, love the photography, the pearl scales have a wonderful luminescence,

Thanks Rusty1. I think it is rather interesting. Just caught the right light through the window on the pearl.
