Hi all,
I have an older Bargeon knife that I am having a problem with. I am a bit senile but if memory serves me this rascal is at least 30 years old if not older. A friend said they didn't start making the Bargeon until recently and are mostly auto's. This knife is a stag handled manual lock blade, 8 1/2 inches overall with a 4" blade. It also has a cork screw, can opener and combination bottle cap remover and screw driver. The bolsters are marked 16 and 12 and are used for removing stuck shotgun shells. Any help with when Bargeon knives were first made, and what this knife might be worth would be appreciated. Thanks in advance and God bless. r.cordell P.S. I am unable to post a picture (you may not post attachments).....anyone care to help? I can send it to you.
