I have been going through my old copies of Blade magazine, and about 2005-2006, there are some ads for a Busse leaner meaner street, full page, laying across a pistol, cigar and a tumbler full of scotch I would imagine. I don't have the exact article, but I have always wanted that particular version. Can anyone help a brother out by giving me the model number? I have a Busse muddy meaner, but would like to get one with a more drop point style blade, mine has an almost Persian style curve to it. I'm also guessing these are expensive, huh?

Do you mean(er) this one ?

Amy-0 will be here shortly to provide that model number.

In the meantime, we might discuss an assault on jimmyjonesporksausage's INFI hoard.

Looking at the clearer pic, I can see that my muddy meaner is a little less wide than that one, but after stripping the coating off, I think I'll be happy ;).

I'm not sure what you mean by "wide" but I believe that Jimmy has a Leaner Meaner Streets in black paper. I have one in snake and it is identical to my Meaner Streets knives that I got from the company store in the past two months or so except that it is thicker. The new run is just shy of .20 and the Leaner I have is .145.

The blade from spine to edge is the same.
