Older G-10 Police

I have an older G-10 Police with no liners and hollow-ground blade coming to me from a board sale.

I intend to use it as an EDC but heard that it's rare. Just how rare is it? Should I keep it or use it?

There were only a few made with no liner. Then they started making them with one liner and a flat ground blade. The G10 Police is discontiuned, so they will get harder to find as the years go by. The linerless ones are already hard to find. The 1 liner ones are still easy to get at the moment. Someone might know how many linerless ones where made. :) Nice find.
