Older gransfors bruk?

I found this axe when I was walking out in the woods. I noticed on the gransfors bruks the logo is a little differnt then the newer gb. It also had a red epoxie on the handel to attach the head and blue paint on the axe head. I can't find this same axe any where online, gransfors bruk doesn't make it any more.does anyone no if the older gb are better then the new ones? Is it valuable? And when it might be built.

Older Hults Bruks, nice head. Hang it and use it.

Collectors on Ebay are crazy big on stamped Swede stuff but not enough for you to be able to buy a brand new boutique version of one of these with the proceeds. Yours will be mid 1970s plus or minus a decade. Put a handle on it, sharpen it up and enjoy it. 1.5/3.5 stamp are head weight in kgs/lbs so this is a full size axe.
