Most likely, although they did use some AUS8 when GIN-1 wasn't available.

I love old Spydercos. I gave a Co-Pilot to my dad back in the late 1980s-early 90s. I also had an original Police Model from that same time period, but I traded it for magazines during the "ban" in the 1990s. I wish I still had it!
