Sweet! Go chop up a log with that thing ;)

Thats an amazing piece of history there! Bronze tools have always fascinated me. I have a bronze spear point from the middle east on my wall.

thanks guys.

leatherman- lets see a pic.

cjk- northern Iran 1300-1100 b.c. that's about the best I have found on it.

I'll look and see if I have a picture already, or I can just take another tomorrow. I took it to the antiques roadshow in Corpus Christi a few years ago, I had no idea it was middle eastern till that time. My father had it for decades before it was left to me.

That's pretty sweet! I have some hill country Flint knives that are older though

thanks guys.
couldn't imagine, different times. up close and personal. unless you were an archer. even then, if they got over run....
definitely feel something when I pick it up. Makes me wonder who held it. Imagine what went into making it 3000 years ago. from getting the metals all the way though the finished product.
