Howard Clark made this beautiful knife back in '92' but it still looks great. Random Mosaaic Damascus blade - copper guard - Manzanita handle with ivory pommel. Don't know much of knife's history but do know it was owned by a collector in France, was traded to Ivan Campos in Brazil and I traded Ivan for it. This will be its home for a long while - Howard is one of the best & this is one sweet knife. The Damascus is gorgeous, the copper guard works incredibly well with the Damascus, the pictures don't do the handle justice - the wood is very pretty & picked up a nice patina and the ivory pommel adds a touch of class.
And for good measure it is very sharp, cuts great, feels wonderful in the hand( blade feels very light & responsive ) and would be a superb using knife. The sheath is very well-made - it will last for many years and is marked & dated on the back.
I want to thank Ivan for allowing me to add this wonderful piece to my collection - My only regret at the Blade Show this year was not getting to meet Howard - hopefully I'll be able to rectify that next year.
