I have to say guys that nothing beats the old 110! I was fishing with my wife and i broguth my cabelas 100 in S30V. it did of course everything it wa ssuppose to and I forgot how much i enjoyed using one. I remember I use to carry an older 110 in the 80's before the one-handed, high tec linerlocks were popular. I use to carry it all the time! I forgot until this last weekened what a simple pleasure it can be to use and carry!!

I also really like the stag 110 I had got from the custom shop. I am still waiting on my free t-shirt and hat they promised me when the 1st one they made for me was defective. But Im not sure when (or if?) it will ever show up.

Either way, it is a great knife!!! :)

Hat, t-shirt,,,,hummmmmm

With the hassle some of us have been through on some of our customs, they owe a bunch of us. I didn't get shipping refunded on one issue, but did get a couple extra sheaths. That worked for me.

I am satisfied that they resolved my issues.

They did do a great job on remaking my knife. Granted it took a looooong time to get it back though.

Buck has had some learning curves and a few quality issues to work through in Idaho. But I think we are seeing less and less issues pop up here.
So I believe things are getting back to the level of quality and Service that was seen in California.

Whats a long time? and when was this? Just curious. I have never had anything take more than 6 weeks. Thats acceptable to me.

The commericials I have seen on TV say if it lasts longer than four hours to contact your doctor.

I have yet to send anything in for a fix up to Buck, but by all accounts, I have never heard anyone complain about something that they couldn't resolve. Definitely top notch in customer care.

oh, their customer service is really good. Ive had good and bad experiences in the past. That's just to be expected in over 20 years of owning and using their knives.

rat, after the 1st one was sent back (due to being defective), the second one (replacement) was not ready for over 8 weeks (If I remember correctly).

I have a 110 that I plan on sending back for a blade replacement (the blade broke on me), will I get me knife back in one piece?

Well... from my experience with Bucks warranty the asnwer is YES you will.

3 weeks and thats from posting in the UK to being back.... so cant complain at all.
