I don't think so, but ask on the Vintage forum at www.timezone.com -- they'll know for sure.
People have put custom display backs on just about everything, but I don't think a display back Connie ever came from the factory.

I would have to agree with Cougar Allen on this one. The Constellation did not come with a display back but the Omega forum on timezone.com would definitely be the place to ask. I started to do a trade and the moderator for the Omega board pointed out some things I had overlooked.

I didn't think of the Omega forum -- post on both the Omega forum and the Vintage forum and then you can be damn sure if there ever was one somebody on one of those forums will know all about it.
