Oh man, that's awesome. Everything from the blade shape and size to the use of 10V is just fantastic. Looks like another home run!

SHAZAM!!Looking good Peter! Can we say pocket sword??? :D
How thick are we doing the blade? I can't keep up with you???? Lol!!!

.150 thick stock. it will be thinne when i clean it up.
Awesome!!! Between the large blade and the (relatively) thin stock given it size, this thing should be an absolutely wicked cutter!

Can I place my pre-order now, please? :D ;)

Now your talking my size!

Peter, what a great looking design , it has really elegant lines. I agree with Timberweasel that the swedge is nicer. I think it would help refine such a long blade. Your blade slot design is interesting. I'm not sure if you're intending this to be a hard use knife, but I would be concerned with how much material that is removing from the blade tang. Wouldn't that severely compromise lateral stiffness? I'm eager to see how this develops.

its a proto, so im open to design alterations. but the blade will be plenty strong. more to come tomorrow!

and neuron your on the list!
