OMG! M390 NATIVE CHEIF!

I’m somewhat interested in this, as the Chief is one of my favorite knives. Currently have M4 and Rex45 versions, but I have been wishing for a Chief salt. This may be as close as we get, but I kind of want to wait and see what steel is used on the upcoming Chief Lightweight.

Also, this is only going to be sold direct from Spyderco, so price is going to be $250 plus tax and shipping. That’s hard for me to justify with two other Chiefs already that I love and already owning a Caribbean as well.

Hopefully the Lightweight model will be in LC200N or Magnacut. That’d be an instant buy from me either way.
 
Being a high drag, low speed operator, the DLC doesn't ring my chimes, but I do like M390 and the Chief platform so if I remember I might just try to get in on that drop
 
I like the NC and already have 2 - a G10/S30V & a CF/S90V.

I'm also a bit of an M390 wh*re but I don't want to go thru the chaos of trying to buy what's likely to be a high demand knife direct from Spyderco again.

Did that for the Magnacut Mule and that was a VERY unpleasant experience. :(

2 NCs are enough for me.

Light and nimble. Even if you have hands as big as mine, there is enough real estate there without being forced to use the choil.
