Love me some Kershaws. Had a Black Shallot w/a plain razor edge. It up and walked away one day and never came back. I do miss that knife! (Pours out a shot of whiskey for the long lost friend)

The grind on the Offset is pretty interesting. The blade shape is half a modified sheepsfoot with the rest being a recurve. The sheepfoot part is flat ground, while the recurve is hollow.

That SMF is actually a fake. Got it at the flea market, and thought it felt surprisingly sturdy in its construction so I decided to give it a whirl. The guy said the maker claims the blade is D2, so I'm using it hard to see how the blade holds up.

The one on the end is a Mayo-inspired Jeremy Horton TAC-4.
