I've had excellent experiences with KnifeWorks and Howes Knife Shop.

I just ordered from Cutlery Shoppe and found their prices to be the best, and their service was very good. When I called them to ask about the order, someone actually answered the phone which I genuinely appreciate in today's age where everything is voicemail and automated directories. Shipping was fast and made the same day, and the knife arrived as described.
 
I would recommend Cutlery Shoppe. I'm on the west coast and Jeff is closer to me. He ships within 24 hrs and I have my knife in 4 business days tops.

I've heard great thing about knife works, blade HQ (although they seen to be 8-10% higher than the other guys) and National knives!
 
They are all very close on price but would recommend GPKnives based on fastest shipping speed and customer service - friendly+ knowledgeable/helpful > when I have a question, call them and they always help.
 
I use Knifeworks most of the time. Their prices are better than most and the service is very good.
 
I'd say somewhere between 70% and 80% of the ones I've purchased new over the years have come from New Graham Knives. They're not the cheapest, but they're far from the most expensive and their service has always been top notch.

I always have a tracking number within an hour of ordering. Two days later, I have the knife.
 
I like the ladies who answer the phone at New Graham. They sound younger than me and cute :) I also use AGRussell, GP and Knifecenter.
