Hey everyone,

Just wondering if anyone has pictures, descriptions and amounts made of the special desert NO's that Jerry did a while back. There was the recurve, the triple ground, and i think a few more types. I'm not talking about the regular desert no-e's, only the super limited ones..... I looked on Bad Mojo, but couldn't find pics....any help is appreciated....

Thanks,

W

Desert Natural Outlaw: 14
Desert Recurve NO: 7
Desert Triple Grind NO: 5
Desert Skeleton Keys: 28

Those are the numbers of desert military overruns in the inital special offer. Though shown with tan raptor scale handles, some were shipped with the same tan diamond pattern handles that the ZT's have. The NO's had clip point blades with a satin finished spine and shortened pommel (no thong hole). In my correspondences with Kassi she referred to the Desert NO as the Desert Straight Handle NO, perhaps to differentiate from the Desert Ergos. I posted a few pics of my pair, but I keep getting a server error on searches with certain terms .

Some pics of the awesome sheath Oku made for my DSHNO: http://www.bladeforums.com/forums/showthread.php?t=259448&highlight=desert+pants

Cool, thanks SD. Any idea of what they cost? i've forgotten, and i think the forums have been redone since then....

IIRC the clip pointed version was $297. Another note on the 14 produced with the long clip point is that some had Quilted scales and some had Raptor scales...although I'm not sure how many of each there were.

Here ya go, these are the only pictures I have
