Target stores have the Victorinox Soldier on sale for $13.77 and the sign was until 7/19/2004 - this is the lowest price I've seen (legally :D) for this model

Also on sale - but only for this week - until next Saturday 6/19 - are the Leathermans - eg: the Squirt P4 is $23.99 - at about the same as the lowest price found on doing a froggle search -

Already picked up the Soldier at Target in time for it to be my prom knife. $13 just like you said.

Hell of a deal they have going!! :)

Yeah I picked up a $13 Soldier and a $39.00 Leatherman Supertool myself. Excellent sale going on. Saw the Wave for $51.00 and darn near bought it too.
 
I got in on the sale to, used all the spare pocket change laying around my house....$13.77 is a deal. :)
 
I got the remaining Soldiers from the local Target week before last to give as gifts. Also had a bunch of blister packs with the Hiker and Classic together for $19.99. Now that's a deal!
