On the chopping block

I'd personally keep them all, but I'm partial to the A wright, and the last knife in particular (who made that one btw?)

The only knives in that list that suit my particular tastes are the A. Wright, the GEC Northfield, and maybe the Boker. I would never have acquired the others in the first place.

I have one of those Esnyx knives, nicely made production knives, but I can't say I've ever carried mine. The A Wright would be something I would likely hold onto, as well as the GEC

The Boker, The Esnyx, the Stag Lionsteel and the ROB are by far my faves!! Nice group of desirable knives!!!

Of all these I’d probably keep the two Lionsteels. Or maybe just the stag one. I like in a casual way the Northfield and the A. Wright, but not enough to keep them around if they’re potentially on the chopping block. The Boker looks great except for the shield in a decidedly odd place. That would probably be enough for me to send it along unless it’s a sheer delight to carry and use.

Unless they were users, or had some sentimental value, I would sell them all and give the money away to charity, or give them away to friends, and walk away a happy man. Maybe buy an Opinel if I was left needing a knife.

We’re all just leasing all our junk for a little while anyway.

That reminds me I need to do a purge too.

Out of the 4 traditional knives posted not really, but since they are actually traditional I suppose I'd keep those 4 for that very reason.

They all look nice. I’d keep the Livri. I’ve heard nothing but good things about them and been resisting buying one for quite a while. But I guess if you don’t like any of them and they don’t have any sentimental value I’d get rid of all of them.

I’d keep the Boker. It’s a nice, classy looking traditional knife that wouldn’t be out of place on a farm or slicing cheese in the Swiss alps. It would fit right in an office environment or be a nice gift to a good friend or grandchild. 100 years from now someone would post about the old Boker they inherited on the Bladeforums website as they were taking the weekend shuttle to the moon.
