Looks like a Sabre. According to Goins: made in Japan circa 1960 - 1980. A trademark of Cole National Co., importer located in Cleveland, Ohio.

Sabre are well-made. Mine came to me new, around since 1963 or there about. Carried and used (sometimes hard) every day for at least 8 years and today still has sharp, centered blades, no wobble with fantastic walk and talk. Barehead is the way to go, only one bolster to shrink away from.
