From top to bottom: Spike, flipper, flipper and flipper.

What's on your desk?

My night stand lol

The big empty spot on the bottom left is where my iPad lives.

Great photo 9blades thank you. Brave of you to show an unstaged slice of your life. You lead a rich life. I'd show a pic of my night stand but I'm afraid that the Fire Marshall would head my way because mine looks like wild animals had their way with my stuff! :)

+1 ^ 9blades! My night stand would look a lot like that (maybe more "stuff") were it not for my better half. (she is an organizational wonder) I learned long time ago to accept it and pick battles I had a chance of winning.:grumpy: Now if you were to look in the drawer, it would look like the providable carpet that had everything swept under it. Enjoyed your picture. (worth a thousand words)

Thanks Omar.
I find my night stand is like a pig if you clean it of it doesn't stay that way for to long:D

Oregon
I live a good life good friends good food good knives:D
But rich..........did you notice the absence of a wallet in this pic?:D

Can't believe I let the world see my lamp lol

Ugh... I'd sooner stub my toe (or something similarly unpleasurable) than show my desk. I look at it in disgust myself so I don't need any more judgement. :)

Knives... sharpening systems... various scraps of sandpaper ... strops... tools... lubes and cleaners intermingled with snacks and motorcycle parts... other flotsam of my life etc...

HAH! looks like my nightstand. I liked that novel, very dark and gritty compared to the usual SW stuff. My wife manages to quell her OCD organizational drive and leaves my side-table alone. It is the only part of the house that is allowed to have things out of place lol.

Also, is that a bottle of Loc-Tite?

Awesome thread topic, good idea! I'll play.

These are the knives that I use for various things, so I keep them at my desk.

Top left is a Buck Stockman.
Below that is some US issue folder that my Dad gave me. I usually use this to open bottles.
Top right is a Spyderco Ambitious
Next down is a Sanrenmu GB-707. This knife flies open, it's fun to have around.
Next is the Kershaw Cryo, I don't get a lot of use from this knife. It's just a little rough around the edges for my taste.
Last but certainly not least, is my Opinel No 10 with cork screw. I use this knife all the time. I use it in the kitchen, and for eating. It slices food far better than any of my other knives, aside from my Victorinox chef knife.

My old desk/folding Table saw the light of day 2 times in four years lol

I liked the book. the part where he found out it whas his brother chasing him freaked me out. if you like that you should read sw republic commandos on of my fav sw series. And no that's some knife lube in the blue bottle. can you imagine how much a bottle that big of lock-tite would cost the 1oz tubes are $7

I with held judgement on the lamp...but now that you mention it... I guess it is literally the White Elephant in the room.
LOL:D

My desk knives... Needs Work, Tinker, Ladybug. The Ladybug sees the most use by far (letter and small package opener). The SAK really is just used as a bottle opener. The Needs Work takes care of larger packages.

Looks like a Camillus US Army knife. I have one of those too. The back lock/spring bar on the can and bottle opener is broken though. :(

Pretty nice knives. I need to get an Opinel one of these days to check 'em out. Heard so much about them. Don't know how they keep beating knives that cost 10-20 times as much, but I'm willing to play.
