Now wrap them shrimpies with some BACON - and then you are talking about some real eats!!

(never the less, shrimp on the barbi is pretty darn good all by itself:thumbup::D)

I like that too. I used to always wrap them. It kind of overpowers the shrimp flavor though. Now I just salt and pepper and brush them with melted butter as they cook. Gives em a nice crunch when there done.

Looks good man! I'm about to throw down some Fajitas myself...

2 pounds flank steak, 36 oz. Spicy mango marinade, 96 oz cooking fluid (otherwise known as beer) minimum.

I like them brushed with butter also... good flavor. Also, try them the same way but with olive oil instead of butter. It has the same effect, but has a different taste. It's good! :D

Works for me- shrimpies on the grill w/ butter! I am on my way over :D:thumbup:

No grilling for me today, but I did whip this up a little while ago:

Pork loin medallions and home fries
Garden tomatoes and 4 cloves of garlic sauted in olive oil (seasoned)
Good ole' scrambled eggs
Gotta have the A1/Tabasco mix.....it's essential!!!

I went to the coast last week and didn't even have any seafood, plenty of low country style B-B-Q though. Too hot to grill tonight but since my daughter sent me some peppers from her garden I stir fried them and threw one of my jalapenos in with some sliced onions and garlic (OK lots o'garlic) and a sliced up sirloin tip and Viola! Leftovers on grits Sunday morning before a trip to Lake Murray for a day of taunting fish and sipping adult beverages in the shade.

Great replies! Those spicy mango fajitas sound awesome, and those home fries just made me hungry once again. They look delicious!

Sounds like good taste in knives isnt all thats common around here. :)

Thanks Bill....I love that Black & Tan SAR4. I have one in Orange/Black.....I missed a couple blk/tans on the exchange, but I'm still holding out hope that another will pop up when I have $$$.

I recently acquired the High Street.....I had to initiate her correctly by cutting up some pork!! Great little knife, I like it a lot.
