Last week, I sent in one of my cherished blades to Emerson Knives for some minor service. Derek had it done next day and on it's way back at no charge. He replaced my lightly crushed box with a new one. He even threw in a few screws that I requested. Derek and all the Gang at EKI have been GREAT!
I am reminded of the recent picture that JohnH posted showing Derek in his office reviewing priorities and anxiously waiting to respond to the next Customer call.
